The Westminster Guide to Fringe Maintenance Between Full Appointments

A full fringe grows out fast, and if you're in Westminster and only booking a cut every six to eight weeks, chances are your fringe is in your eyes for at least half that time. It's one of the more common questions I get asked when a client is deciding whether it's 'worth it' to come in just for a five-minute trim.

Short answer: yes. We keep fringe trims quick and low-cost specifically because we'd rather see you maintain the shape than let it grow out awkwardly and need a bigger correction later. It genuinely takes less time than a coffee run down Wanneroo Road.

Signs your fringe needs a trim, not a full cut

•     It's hitting your eyelashes or brushing your eyes when you blink

•     You're using bobby pins or a headband daily just to see

•     The shape still looks right, it's just longer than when you left last time

•     It's been three to four weeks since your last full appointment

We can usually fit a fringe trim in with very little notice, so if you're local to Westminster and it's bugging you, give us a call rather than waiting for your next full booking.
