Our Booking Fee

You will be required to leave a 50% booking-fee to secure your first appointment with us, a link can be sent if you book over the phone with us. If the payment is not made on the day of the booking, the booking will not be kept and will be open for other clients to schedule their hair appointment.

The 50% booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your booking appointment should things run according to plan, if a cancellation or change is made without 48hrs notice, the fee will not be reimbursed.

The fee is non refundable and cannot be used towards another appointment if 48hrs notice is not given.

How do I cancel my appointment?

Please give us a call to let us know if you can’t make your hair appointment, and leave a voice mail if we are unable to take the call at the time. If we’re closed, just leave a message/voicemail via the salon phone.

If you are unable to give a minimum of 48 hours notice before your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service.

We will be unable to rebook you until this fee is paid.

What happens if I don’t cancel my appointment or give notice?

If you do not attend your appointment and do not give us 48hrs notice, a no-show fee/ late notice fee of 100% of the appointment value will be due.

A payment link will be sent to you on the day, we would appreciate prompt payment at this time as we are unable able to be fill the spot with less notice.

Our late fee Policy

A $35 fee will be charged to your hair appointment for every 15minutes you are running behind.

If you are 20min late or more to your appointment, we will automatically cancel your appointment as we wont be able to fit you in and we wont be able to accommodate clients on either side of your hair appointment. Cancellation fees will apply.
