How do I book an appointment?

You can simply click on our online booking system on the main page or alternatively call/ text us on 0435059571.

A 50% booking fee is required for your first hair appointment with us

You can also contact us through Facebook or Instagram.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit of 50% is required to book your appointment, if all goes to plan, this amount will be deducted from the total amount on the day. Please read our policies before proceeding.

Do I need to confirm my appointment?

You will receive a confirmation text message 3 days prior to your booking, please reply YES to confirm your appointment.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. 

Appointments made on the day of scheduling, please allow 5 hours to make any changes to your appointment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

What products do you use?

We use Keune Cosmetics. Our Tinta and Semi are PPD Free. Our So Pure colour range is PPD Free & Paraben Free.

Our Keratin Smoothing is Cocochoco.

What is your Green fee?

A $3 Sustainable Fee is donated from every bill to support Sustainable Salons. Your donation contributes to implementing green practices and supporting the community.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, we have free parking in front of the salon, or alternatively street parking.

Can I bring my children to my appointment?

Alex Royer salon’s aim is to create a special environment where YOU come first. We kindly ask that other arrangements are made for children and that you come to your hair appointment alone so that you really get the most out of your time with us. 

If you need your children to have their hair done, please book their own separate hair appointments. This has been put in place to ensure the safety of your little ones, our team is not held responsible for your children’s safety as they are unsupervised during the time of your hair appointment.
